Adnan Khan and Eisha Singh starrer Ishq Subhan Allah to go off-air soon August 25, 2020 at 12:44PM

Adnan Khan and Eisha Singh’s pair in Ishq Subhan Allah is quite loved by the audience. The duo has recently reunited on-screen with Eisha’s return on the show. She had exited the show a while ago but her character was revived post-lockdown. Even though the viewers are still waiting for their characters, Kabir and Zara to reunite, there are reports that the show might go off-air soon. As per the reports, the show had witnessed a drop in the TRP before the lockdown and the makers were ready to pull the plug.

However, the replacement show wasn’t ready and hence they continued shooting for Ishq Subhan Allah. The cast and crew have not been given notice yet but the show is expected to wrap up some time in September with the finale airing in the first week of October. Towards the end, Kabir and Zara will reunite and will witness a happy ending. There have been no statements regarding the show going off-air from any of the officials and the reports regarding this have come through a source.

Even with Eisha Singh’s return, the makers were aware that her comeback stint is that of two and a half months due to her prior commitments. She has further said that she will forever cherish this association with the show and everyone on the sets.

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. However, the channel required a little more time to get the replacement show ready and with Eisha Singh’s comeback on the show, the fans had insisted on a happy ending for the lead characters Zara and Kabeer. Even though Eisha Singh had agreed to return on the show, her part was going to be of a limited period considering her prior commitments. While no one from the channel had confirmed the show going off-air, Adnan Khan took to his Instagram to share a sneak-peek of his script, confirming the rumours.
