Sushant Singh Rajput’s cousin MLA Neeraj Kumar Singh expresses displeasure on Dil Bechara’s OTT release June 27, 2020 at 02:20PM

Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has left his family, friends, and fans shocked to the core. His last film, Dil Bechara is now all set to release on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24. The film will be available to everyone including the non-subscribers and the makers have considered this as a way to celebrate the actor that Sushant was. Even though the fans wanted Dil Bechara to be a theatrical release, the makers have decided otherwise. Sushant Singh Rajput’s cousin brother, MLA Neeraj Kumar Singh, has also said that his family is upset with the makers for going ahead with the OTT release.

He spoke to a news channel about the same and said that the film should get a theatrical release since the facility of internet is not provided in some small towns along with other issues. Neeraj further said that fans, especially those in Bihar want to watch Sushant on the big screen. They are planning to speak to the makers about it after the Shraddh ritual takes place. Neeraj also said that this is not a proper shraddhanjali to the late actor and he plans on speaking to the CM of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
