Farah Khan sponsors the education for Bihar’s cycle girl, Jyoti Kumari Paswan June 26, 2020 at 10:56AM

The lockdown definitely took a bad toll on the migrant workers and since the public transport remained unavailable, they resorted to walking or cycling hundreds and thousands of kilometers. The story of a 15-year-old girl, Jyoti Kumari Paswan, cycling from Delhi to Darbhanga in Bihar while towing her injured father went viral in no time. The little girl cycled for almost 1,200 kilometers in a span of just a week and was lauded for her efforts.

Farah Khan has offered to sponsor her education. After speaking to a people, she figured out a way to contact Jyoti and is ready to sponsor her education every year. Since Farah was not available for comment, an industry insider spoke about it to a leading daily and said that Farah is willing to sponsor both her younger siblings’ education too. Jyoti had said that she stopped going to school two years ago due to financial restraints and is planning to resume it after the lockdown ends.

Farah Khan has figured out the best way to help out Jyoti and her family.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
