Abhishek Bachchan is back to the film set. After the shooting of completing Bob Biswas, the actor has kickstarted the shoot of his next titled Dasvi.

Announcing the film on Monday, February 22, the actor shared the first look of his character Ganga Ram Chaudhary and wrote, "Meet GANGA RAM CHAUDHARY. #Dasvi Shoot Begins…"

According to earlier reports, Abhishek will be flying to Agra to start filming for Dasvi, a political comedy that will be directed by debutante Tushar Jalota. Produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films, the film will highlight the importance of education in today's society.

Reportedly, Abhishek will be seen essaying the character of a 10th failed Chief Minister. The film will have a lot of humour elements to it.

From the makers of Hindi Medium, Angrezi Medium, and Bala, comes a hilarious social comedy Dasvi starring Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam, and Nimrat Kaur. With debutant director Tushar Jalota, the film is written by Ritesh Shah.

Jio Studios & Dinesh Vijan present Dasvi, produced by Dinesh Vijan, Sandeep Leyzell, and Shobhana Yadav. A Maddock Films Production in association with Bake My Cake Films.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
