Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone wrap the first schedule of Pathan, next schedule to begin on THIS date December 26, 2020 at 02:22PM

Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback has been eagerly looked-forward-to by his fans. The actor was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero and is all set to make a comeback with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in Pathan. There are also reports of Salman Khan doing a cameo in the film. Shah Rukh Khan had recently begun shooting for Pathan with Deepika Padukone and the team has now wrapped its first shooting schedule.

If the reports are to be believed then this Yash Raj Films’ production has wrapped its first schedule on December 24 with Shah Rukh Khan shooting for almost 20 days. Deepika Padukone had joined him for about 5 days during this period while John Abraham is yet to begin shooting for his part in the film. The next schedule of Pathan is likely to commence in January 2021 and will be shot abroad in the United Arab Emirates.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process.
