Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor, who tested positive for Covid-19 some days ago, is presently kept isolated at Lucknow's Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences. The singer, who returned to Lucknow from London on March 15, allegedly attended a number of parties and hosted a bash for some high profile guests as well.

On Friday, Kanika had complained of untidiness in her hospital room and said that her request to clean the room was turned down and the staff told her this was a hospital and not a lavish hotel. Dr RK Dhiman, the Director of the hospital, however, refuted such claims. He stated that the staff that took care of Kanika and her room changed every four hours, and once in every four hours, her room was cleaned once in every four hours.

Meanwhile, after her family raised questions on the first report of her test, Kanika was again tested on Monday, and came positive for the second time.

The hospital had earlier informed that she was allotted a single, air- conditioned room with a personal bathroom and a TV set, and the kitchen was providing her gluten free diet.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14.
