After Bollywood celebrity Sonakshi Sinha, Arjun Kapoor has purchased a luxurious 4BHK sky villain Mumbai's 81 Aureate in Bandra. The sky villas in this 26-floor building offer extravagant lifestyle features, and breathtaking views of the Bandra – Worli Sea Link, the Arabian Sea, and Mumbai’s glittering skyline.

‘81 Aureate’, is an iconic 26 storey ultra-luxurious and spacious sky villa project that offers its residents exclusivity, privacy, and splendid views of the Arabian Sea. This project has 10 high-speed elevators with 4 personalized sea-facing capsule elevators with biometric security for each sky villa. The project consists of 81 sky villas, comprising of 4 Beds with a plunge pool in each villa, measuring 4212 sq ft carpet area, designed by world-renowned designer HBA.

While the exact amount paid by Sonakshi and Arjun is not revealed, major property websites have quoted that the villas cost anywhere between Rs. 20-23 crore at a cost of approximately Rs. 48,000 per square feet.

The villas have a 13 feet, floor to ceiling clear height, and European French double glazed glass window system of Alumil. 45000 + sq. ft of plush amenities provided for residents in the project include multiple swimming pools, Pool Bar, Jacuzzi, Barbeque corner, Gym, Spa, Yoga deck, Mini Golf, Open café, Pet corner, Concierge services, Business lounge, Kids play area, Library etc.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
