Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya get discharged after testing negative for COVID-19; Abhishek and Amitabh Bachchan to remain hospitalized July 27, 2020 at 04:47PM

A few weeks back the members of the Bachchan family including Amitabh, Abhishek, Aishwarya and Aaradhya had tested positive for COVID-19. While Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan were immediately hospitalised, Aishwarya and her daughter were advised to quarantine at home but were later shifted to the hospital when their condition worsened. 

However, now Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya have tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. Meanwhile, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan will remain hospitalised. “Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. ???????? Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff,”Abhishek tweeted. 


Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan has been constantly updating his fans and followers about his health. The superstar continues to remain active on social media and also updates his blog regularly with his thoughts.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
