Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan are likely to release in the second half of 2022 September 27, 2021 at 01:56PM

On Saturday, the Maharashtra Chief Minister announced the reopening of cinema halls in the state on October 22. The news was celebrated by the members of the Hindi film industry with release date announcements. The release date of several films were annouced on Sunday, a day after the Maharashtra government announced their decision to re-open cinema halls. However, two of the much-awaited films- Tiger 3 and Pathan starring superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are yet to lock a date.

While dates as far as August 2022 have been locked by filmmakers, there has not been an announcement on the release date of Tiger 3 and Pathan. In all probability, both films will arrive in the second half of 2022.

Salman Khan recently returned to Mumbai after a 45-day schedule abroad for Tiger 3. Shah Rukh Khan will also be making a cameo appearance in Tiger 3, while Salman will be seen in a special appearance in Pathan.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathan also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, and Dimple Kapadia. Meanwhile, Tiger 3 is being directed by Manish Sharma and also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. Both the films are being backed by Yash Raj Films. The production house on Sunday and annouced the release dates of their upcoming films Bunty Aur Babli 2, Shamshera, Prithviraj, and Jayeshbai Jordaar.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment.
