Anil Kapoor wins the IAA Brand Endorser of the Year Award September 27, 2021 at 07:34PM

Anil Kapoor rules the heart of the audience with his ageless charm and infectious energy. It is his command over the people that makes him a Brands' most favourite actor. Currently, Kapoor is one of the very few actors to have all the major endorsements in his kitty.

Anil Kapoor wins the IAA Brand Endorser of the Year Award.

Owing to his mass appeal and multiple brands on his list, the International Advertising Association conferred Kapoor the Brand Endorser of the Year Award during their IAA Leadership Awards function in Mumbai.

While accepting the honour, Kapoor said, "It is humbling to receive the Brand Endorser of the Year Award by IAA. Nothing feels better than knowing brands trust you with their products and are ready to mount the campaign on your shoulder. For me, a Brand Endorsement is more of a responsibility than a job."

International Advertising Association, with IAA Leadership Awards, honours the Excellence in Marketing that has had a direct impact on a product or service in terms of overall growth for the brand and company every year.

Meanwhile, the powerhouse of the industry, Kapoor, is shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo with Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani. The actor also has Animal with Ranbir Kapoor in the pipeline.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake. The next day Sawant woke up at 5.30 am and an hour later after his morning rituals he went up to the actor's room as usual.
