Varun Dhawan undergoes a COVID-19 test before resuming work, shares video September 25, 2020 at 03:56PM

Along with Varun Dhawan, a lot of other actors have been staying back at home due to the Coronavirus outbreak. While the lockdown has been eased for multiple reasons, the actors are ensuring that they maintain all the necessary precautions before resuming shoot once again. For the first time in the history of Indian cinema, the fraternity was brought to a halt putting a complete stop on all the shoots and other pre and post-production activities.

Varun Dhawan undergoes a COVID-19 test before resuming work, shares video

Varun Dhawan, before returning to work, took to his Instagram to thank the medical personnel and to share a video of himself getting the test done. He wrote, “Returning to work ???? With all precautions. Do gaz ki doori. Mask hai zaroori. Swipe to see my test (it always stings) ????thank you to all the medical personnel”. The actor is being lauded by his industry colleagues and his fans can’t wait for him to resume work.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
