Ritesh Sidhwani's GullyBoy makes its mark at SWA Awards 2020 September 28, 2020 at 06:40PM

One of the most talked about films of 2019 which won hearts with its storyline and unwrapped the underground rap scene is Ritesh Sidhwani and Excel Entertainment's Gully Boy. The film was more of an emotion which touched hearts and was India's official entry for the Oscars .

After winning numerous accolades all across, adding another one to the rack is the Best Dialogue Award. The dialogue writer of Gully Boy, Vijay Maurya bagged the award for the Best Dialogue at the SWA Awards 2020. SWA Awards is the only award in India dedicated entirely to screenwriters and lyricists of Hindi Feature Films, Television Shows and Web series. Congratulating Vijay in the Gully style Ritesh shared,

Creative Producer, Ritesh Sidhwani recently surprised the audience with three major back to back announcements. Ritesh has been working tirelessly during the lockdown period and used this time in scripting new projects and as the lockdown has now opened the doors for work, these major announcements have created a hustle and bustle among the audience. The producer also released the first look of Sanjay Dutt as Adheera in the PAN Indian film KGF2. The audience is eagerly waiting to see what Ritesh Sidhwani brings to the table next.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake. The next day Sawant woke up at 5.30 am and an hour later after his morning rituals he went up to the actor's room as usual.
