On Wednesday it was reported that Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has tested positive for COVID-19. Now, actor R Madhavan has also tested positive for the virus.

R Madhavan took to Twitter to inform the same. He gave a 3 Idiots reference while informing about his positive report. He shared a picture with Aamir Khan from the 2011 film 3 Idiots and wrote, "Farhan HAS to follow Rancho and Virus has always been after us BUT this time he bloody caught up. ????????????????BUT-ALL IS WELL and the Covid???? will be in the Well soon. Though this is one place we don’t want Raju in????????. Thank you for all the love ❤️❤️I am recuperating well."


In the past few weeks, there has been a surge in the COVID-19 cases in India especially in Maharashtra. Several personalities from the film industry have also tested positive for the virus. Earlier today it was reported that actor Rohit Saraf and producer Ramesh Taurani have also tested positive for the virus.

Paresh Rawal replaces Rishi Kapoor and resumes shoot for Sharmaji Namkeen June 30, 2021 at 04:06PM

As the Maharashtra government announced some ease in lockdown restrictions, many films have resumed their shoots. Late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film Sharmaji Namkeen has also gone on floors. Rishi played the central character in the movie and passed away on April 30, last year. His remaining portions of the film were taken over by veteran actor Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal started shooting for the remaining portions in March this year. However, with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, the shoot came to a halt again. According to a daily, Paresh Rawal has resumed the shoot for an important sequence at a school in Goregaon, Mumbai which also features Juhi Chawla and Satish Kaushik. The team along with Paresh Rawal will shoot for a week-long schedule, after which the movie will wrap up and go for the post-production process. Sushant Singh Rajput case: Four key witnesses lay out details of what happened hours before the actor’s demise August 29, 2020 at 12:33PM

The CBI is currently investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The investigating agency has been trying to piece together the events that transpired hours before the actor's unfortunate demise. Four key witnesses have described how the actor spent the last few hours. All the four witnesses lived with the actor in his Bandra apartment. The witnesses are: Siddharth Pithani (flat mate), Neeraj (house help), Keshav (cook) and housekeeper Deepesh Sawant. All four told the CBI that on the night of June 13, Sushant spent his time alone in his room. Deepesh Sawant was the first person to wake up on June 14. He told the investigating officers that on the night of 13th, Sushant refused to have dinner and asked for a mango shake.
